We do our best to stock as many products as possible. Products that are in stock are dispatch on the day the order is placed or latest by the day after. Please note: during high period order may be dispatched within 2 business days. You will be notified by email regarding any potential delay in your shipment.


The product page displays the product's delivery status. The products are displayed as being: 

  • In Stock [Ready to be shipped locally]
  • Available on back-order [1-2 Week Lead up time, if no ETA restock date]
  • Out of Stock [ not available on back-order - No ETA or item listing will list expected restock date] - SIGN UP FOR INTEREST VIA "NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE BUTTON"


We are happy to hold any incoming stock for 48 hours, please submit a ticket with your required item and we will get back to you regarding reservation spot for that specific/s items. Please note, we only issue invoice for order once order has arrived, if no payment is made within 48 hours item/s will be available for sale, for instance next customer in the wait list. 


Any back-order items/orders has to be 50% paid, once item has arrived customer will have 7 day to pay remaining balance before item is shipped*. You may cancel your service/order anytime but deposit is not refundable unless it a Cancellation / Refund when product does not arrive within provided delivery date on the terms, or product provided is incorrect. You can cancel and refund any pre-order before dispatch date as long it is not a special order.


Please note: any back-order product that is not paid buyer may been limited in placing future order on our site. We are not obligated to issue you a refund for change of mind for any back ordered products. This term does not excludes or restrict any consumer guarantee under Australia Consumer Law.
