If your tracking information shows "No Scan" or hasn't updated for a delivery handled by Aramex (formerly Fastway), don't panic. This usually means your parcel has been collected from us but hasn't been scanned into the courier network yet, a common occurrence that often resolves within 24-48 hours. We recommend monitoring the tracking for up to 5 business days, as scans can sometimes be missed until the parcel reaches a major sorting facility. If your tracking still hasn't updated after 5 business days, please contact our support team and we will formally follow up with the courier on your behalf.
