How to Export Print Profile in Bambu Lab Slicer, Prusa Slicer, Super Slicer

This is quick guide how to export print/filament profile on Super Slicer, Bambu Lab Slicer and Prusa Slicer. As contacting us for profile/filament you may be asked to share your print configuration.

Orca Slicer Slicer[Project File]

Note: This is similar with Bambu Slicer, interface may vary slightly, if you have issues, please contact support. 


1. Open Bambu Lab Slicer on the desktop (Mac/PC/Windows), and create a new project, please ensure you have filament selected and print profile selected.

2. File, Import the Example Print File


3. Select the printer, filament profile and printer profile you need assistant with.

4. Save Project As... and attached and lodge a ticket with that project file.




Bambu Labs Slicer[Profile Bundle]

1. Open Bambu Lab Slicer on the desktop (Mac/PC/Windows), please ensure you have filament selected and print profile selected,

2. Click on File (on the top left)

3. Hover over Export, and click on Export Configs...


4. It should prompt a location to save the configuration, we recommended creating a folder as it may generate multiple files if you have multi filaments. Once you have exported you should have these files in folder. You can email those files to us, please ensure you send over a print profile and also filament profile files.



Prusa Slicer/Super Slicer

1. Open Super Slicer on the desktop (Mac/PC/Windows), please ensure you have filament selected and print profile selected.



2. Click on File (on the top left)


3. Hover over Export, and click on Export Configs...

4. It should prompt a location to save the configuration. Once you have exported you should have these files in folder. You can email those files to us, please ensure you send over a print profile and also filament profile files.



Creality Print

1. Select the desire profile to export and click on export button marked below in red.

2. Select a desire location and name the exported profile name.
