E3D Revo Heater Core Warranty

You can send warranty claim for faulty heater to E3D directly or you can contact us and we will lodge on your behalf, you can download and view your invoice from our confirmation email or on your account order page.


If you need a hand with this, please contact us and we can email you the invoice again. If you wish, you can always contact us and we can lodge the warranty for you. We do need some information of fault, such either in form of photo or video and serial number on the revo core. We will provide these information if you reach out regarding warranty request. 


After E3D technical team as deemed the unit is warrantable, they provide you with reference number for us to send replacement locally. You will need email support and provide this reference number, for us to send replacement or those replacement can be sent from E3D if that is your preference. 


Note: Initial Heater Core (with white wire) is cover 1 years warranty extended by E3D, future batch have fixed the related issue and 6 month E3D standard warranty applies.
