Tool Required

H2.0 Hex Wrench
New nozzle wiper

Operation Steps

Remove
Straighten the hitch/linchpin and remove it.

Remove the rotation shaft and waste shield.

Use the H2.0 hex wrench to remove the 2 M3 screws (located on the inner side of the waste chute)

Remove the damaged wiper.

 1.3 Installation Steps

Place the new nozzle wiper on the right side of the waste chute, with the threaded holes facing outwards.

Use the H2.0 hex wrench to install the 2 M3 screws (on the inner side of the waste chute)

Place the waste shield underneath the wiper , align the holes and insert the rotation shaft.

Insert the hitch/linchpin and bend it to secure.

 2. Replace wiper adhesive tape

 2.1 Tool Required

New wiper adhesive tape

 2.2 Operation Steps

Remove
Peel off the old damaged adhesive tape from the nozzle wiper.

 2.3 Installation Steps

Remove the protective backing.

Attach the new adhesive tape onto the nozzle wiper base.
