Replacing the hotend on your Ender 3 V3 or V3 Plus is a common maintenance task, whether you're clearing a stubborn clog, upgrading to a higher-performance unit, or replacing a damaged assembly. Both printers use the integrated "Unicorn" hotend design with a 60W 360° ceramic heater that can reach 300°C in about 75 seconds and supports flow rates up to 32 mm³/s for high-speed printing . This guide walks you through the complete replacement process, from removing the print head cover and disconnecting the wiring to installing the new hotend and performing essential post-installation calibration. Note: The Ender 3 V3 and V3 Plus share the same hotend design, but the wiring length differs from the K1 series; ensure you use the correct model-specific replacement part
